1. What kind of magnets does Magnet Maker Studio sell?

At Magnet Maker Studio, we craft exceptional, memory-rich magnets designed to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments. Whether it’s a custom photo, a milestone announcement, or a heartfelt message, each magnet is thoughtfully made to preserve your story. Many of our designs feature interactive QR codes that link to videos, voice notes, or music, turning an everyday magnet into a powerful keepsake you can see, hear, and hold.


2. How can I customize my magnet?

Customization is simple — just upload your photo and enter your desired text in the personalization box during checkout. We’ll take care of the design and layout for you, using our set fonts and styles. Customization is included at no extra cost!


3. Can I edit my photo before submitting it?

Yes! During the upload process, you’ll be able to use built-in editing tools to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, warmth, and more. You can also crop your photo to highlight the exact part of the image you want featured on your magnet.

Note: Instagram no longer allows third-party apps to access your photos directly. If you’d like to use an image from social media, please download it to your device first, then upload it from there.


4. What is your return policy?

Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final. If there’s a mistake on our end, please reach out right away, and we’ll fix it.


5. What if my package is damaged or lost?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at kim@magnetmakerstudio.com to make it right.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace. While we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, we want to make things right. In some cases, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit—at our discretion.


6. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

Orders are considered final once submitted. However, if you reach out before production starts, we may be able to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests when possible.


7. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Domestic delivery options include:

Economy: 2–5 business days

Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

8. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.


9. Can I get a refund if I entered the wrong shipping address?

We cannot issue refunds for orders with incorrect addresses. If you realize there's a mistake, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address before your item ships. Contact us at kim@magnetmakerstudio.com  


10. Do you offer local order pick-up?

No, local pick-up is not available at this time.


11. Do you offer bulk orders or custom sets for events?

Yes! We’re happy to work with you on bulk orders for churches, weddings, reunions, parties, schools, or business events. Contact us at kim@magnetmakerstudio.com for a custom quote and options.


12. Do you offer gift packaging?

Yes, we offer simple gift-ready packaging for most items. Just let us know during checkout if it’s a gift, or send us a message with your order number — we’re happy to include a note or wrap it with extra care.
