Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Refund & Return Policy

At Magnet Maker Studio, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Each item is made to order with your details, which means we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.

💬 Exceptions

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

- There is a production error or defect

- You received the wrong item

- The error was on our end

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@magnetmakerstudio.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue.


What’s Not Covered

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

- Customer errors in personalization (e.g., incorrect spelling, date, or photo uploaded)

- Order Changes
Once placed, orders are considered final. Customers may contact us to request a change, and at our discretion, we may allow and process such changes. However, we cannot give customers a guarantee that their request will be processed. 

- Color differences due to screen display variations

- Minor misalignments or print shifts under 1/8", which are normal with handmade items

- Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us immediately with a photo of the packaging and product so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
