Refund & Return Policy
At Magnet Maker Studio, all sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. Each item is made to order with your details, which means we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed.
💬 Exceptions
We will gladly replace or refund your order if:
- There is a production error or defect
- You received the wrong item
- The error was on our end
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at kim@magnetmakerstudio.com with photos of the item and a description of the issue.
What’s Not Covered
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Customer errors in personalization (e.g., incorrect spelling, date, or photo uploaded
- Color differences due to screen display variations
- Minor misalignments or print shifts under 1/8", which are normal with handmade items
- Orders placed with incorrect shipping addresses
Order Changes
Once an order is placed, it is considered final. However, if you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been printed or processed, I’ll do everything I can to help accommodate your request — though changes cannot be guaranteed.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please email us immediately with a photo of the packaging and product so we can initiate a claim and send a replacement.
